1. Purpose: While transporting the carcass
with dissection conveyor, pig head is cut off and transported
along the pig head transporting hook, while organs are removed
and transported by the white organ transport tray, red organs
are removed and transported by the red organ transport hook
and then counted together with the carcass. By products are
sent to the by-product processing plant and carcass to the next
process
2. Capacity: 200, 260, 320, 400, 460, 520, 580, 640 pigs per
hour
3. As other equipment, anal opener, slicing saw and carcass
cleanser are installed |
